FLEXIMA's Liberec branch is looking for new colleagues for the position of Shift Leader in Quality Control for automotive projects in the Mladá Boleslav, Liberec, Kolín, or Rumburk areas. A Shift Leader is an employee responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of a shift at the customer's site. Their tasks include creating work procedures when a new order arrives, training new employees on the given project, shift reporting and other administrative duties, supervising employees, communicating with the customer's contact person, and actively participating in quality control itself. WE REQUIRE: class B driver's license (active driver), experience leading a small team, work in a three-shift operation.
