Job Responsibilities: Managing and organizing employee work during shifts, distributing work tasks, monitoring production plan fulfillment and production quality, overseeing compliance with occupational health and safety regulations and internal policies, maintaining shift documentation, resolving operational situations, and training new employees. Requirements: Experience in manufacturing or in a supervisory position is advantageous, organizational skills, independence, responsible approach, ability to lead a work team, and ability to work shift operations.
