Fixed-term employment with the possibility of extension to an indefinite term.
Requirements: secondary education with diploma, ideally in gastronomy–hospitality, nutrition, food production, or economics; advantageous to have a vocational certificate as cook–waiter, cook, or related food industry fields
Knowledge of legislation – regulations for school meal services, hygiene standards – HACCP
Practical experience in the field – experience operating a school cafeteria, food service facility, or economic management is advantageous.
Organizational and management experience – leading people, shift and operations planning, ability to create a positive work environment.
Basic knowledge: (orientation)
Economic operation of school cafeteria – financial standards for food, student payments, meal category records, merchandise orders, inventory management, monthly closings, food basket, healthy nutrition principles
We require:
Clean criminal record – criminal record excerpt (not older than 3 months), health fitness, communication skills, advanced PC proficiency, reliability, independence, attention to detail and thoroughness, flexibility. Willingness to improve professional skills in gastronomy, ability to apply modern methods and healthy eating practices.

Submit with your CV a school cafeteria concept (max. 3 pages A4) – topic: annual vision, five-year vision, operations modernization + menu incorporating a healthy lifestyle (for 14 days – full day – breakfast, lunch, dinner), for diners aged 15–20.

6 November 2026 – conducted without participant attendance
Main selection: 18 November 2026 at 9:00 – for candidates advancing to the final round; participants will be invited to complete a test, questionnaire, and personal interview. Please note that this round will be time-consuming and last the entire day.
Decision on main selection results by 23 November 2026
