Management allowance available, with possibility of individual performance-based bonus. Job responsibilities: meal planning, ordering and inventory management of food materials, organizing kitchen staff work, meal fee records and collection, cash register management, compliance with hygiene standards and food budget regulations. Organizational skills and independence, responsible approach to work, experience with school cafeteria management, and knowledge of hygiene and operational regulations are advantageous.
