JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: - managing a training center with accreditation from the Prague Railway Authority, specializing in rail professions (locomotive driver, traffic controller, shunting supervisor, shunter) - organizing regular training courses, seminars, and workshops in railway legislation (leading a team of trainers) for contract companies (Skanska, Subterra, ŠkodaAuto, etc.) - preparing training materials (manuals, presentations, e-learning, etc.) - managing required railway legislation compliance within the company (as a qualified professional) - operating railway tracks and rail transport on contract sidings - arranging transport of machinery to various work sites REQUIREMENTS: - minimum secondary education (technical background preferred), teaching qualification, experience in the field welcome - knowledge of railway legislation (Act 266/1994 Coll., Regulation 173/1995 Coll., Railway Authority regulations series S, etc.) - knowledge of regulation SŽ Zam1 - excellent communication and presentation skills - locomotive driver's license; additional qualifications advantageous - working hours Monday-Friday, 8 hours WE OFFER: - work in a pleasant team at a renowned company with strong backing - company car, laptop, mobile phone - meal vouchers allowance - hiring bonus of 25 000 Kč, which will be paid during your first year - opportunity for professional growth and additional company benefits CONTACT: by phone 7 - 17 hours - 773 779 773 or e-mail - prá[email protected]
