WAREHOUSE MANAGER AND LOGISTICS ADMINISTRATIVE SPECIALIST IN ČESKÉ BUDĚJOVICE (M/F)

We are looking for an independent and responsible colleague to take over the management and daily operations of our warehouse in České Budějovice.
This is a combined position linking warehouse management, logistics administration and invoicing. We are looking for someone who can independently organize warehouse operations, communicate with customers and carriers, and also be involved in administration and invoicing according to current workload.
We require:
- daily warehouse operations management,
- receipt and dispatch of goods,
- planning and coordination of loading and unloading,
- warehouse inventory management and related administration,
- preparation of documents for invoicing warehouse and logistics services,
- communication with customers, carriers and warehouse staff,
- organization of warehouse staff work,
- handling routine operational situations in the warehouse,
- in case of vacation or illness, substituting for warehouse staff and providing practical assistance with warehouse activities,
- involvement in the invoicing department's activities, especially invoice preparation and processing related documents,
- substituting colleagues from the invoicing department during their absence,
- independence, reliability and organizational skills,
- ability to take responsibility for warehouse operations,
- knowledge of English or German language at a communicative level,
- good user knowledge of MS Excel,
- attention to detail when working with documents and administration,
- ability to communicate with customers, carriers and colleagues,
- willingness to help directly with warehouse work as needed,
- advantageous: experience with warehouse management or work in logistics, experience with invoicing in the POHODA accounting system,
- advantageous: authorization or experience operating forklifts.
