We are looking for someone who can lead a team, has a sense of order and responsibility, and can ensure that the daily warehouse operations run efficiently. The position also includes material procurement, supplier communication, and negotiating purchase prices.
Your Responsibilities
Managing and organizing daily warehouse operations, leading, coordinating, and supervising warehouse staff, planning work and assigning tasks, responsibility for receiving, storing, and issuing materials and goods, ensuring material procurement according to current company needs, communicating with existing and new suppliers, requesting and comparing price quotes, negotiating purchase prices and commercial terms with suppliers, monitoring material prices and seeking cost-saving opportunities, monitoring delivery deadlines for ordered materials, verifying inventory accuracy, organizing and conducting regular inventories, working with the warehouse/information system, monitoring warehouse documentation, collaborating with production, transportation, management, and other departments, resolving operational issues and optimizing warehouse processes, responsibility for order, safety, and efficient use of warehouse space
What We Expect from You
Secondary education or relevant experience, experience in warehouse management, logistics, or procurement, experience leading employees is a plus, sales and negotiation skills, ability to compare supplier offers and purchase efficiently, good organizational and communication skills, independence, reliability, and responsible approach, ability to lead and motivate a team, good computer literacy, knowledge and ability to work with HELIOS information system is a major advantage, experience with other ERP or warehouse systems is a plus, attention to detail and sense of order, forklift license is a plus, not a requirement
