We are looking for an experienced partner and leader who is not afraid to take on responsibility for executing our projects and seeing them through to successful completion. What will your job involve? · Managing and organizing the assigned construction site in accordance with project documentation · Coordinating work teams and construction workers · Responsibility for ensuring compliance with work and technological procedures, inspecting material deliveries and completed work · Responsibility for meeting construction schedule and health and safety deadlines What do we expect from you? · Education in the construction field · Experience in a similar position is an advantage, not a requirement · Independence, flexibility, manual dexterity, responsibility · Ability to manage a work team · Experience with building envelope insulation (facades, roofs) · Ability to read technical documentation · Group B driver's license What do we offer you? · Salary from 45,000 - 70,000 Kč/month (based on education and experience) · Variable salary component based on achieved results · Employment contract for an indefinite period (DPP also possible) · Flexible working hours · Participation in the work of a dynamically developing company · Personal vehicle for work purposes · Work clothing
