RESERVED FOR PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES The Operations Manager is responsible for leading a work team and coordinating work within the workshop operations. Organizes and assigns work among employees considering their individual capabilities and abilities. Ensures smooth operations and compliance with established work procedures. Monitors the quality of work performed and is accountable for meeting project deadlines. Communicates actively with company management - provides information about operations, capacities, and any issues. Collaborates with other departments (e.g., administration, sales) in planning orders. Maintains basic operational records and works with internal documentation. Uses a computer for order tracking, communication, and administrative tasks (MS Office - particularly Excel, Word, email) Participates in training new employees and supporting their adaptation to the work process. Ensures compliance with occupational safety and work regulations at the workplace. Computer skills and MS Office proficiency are required. Group B driver's license is a plus; computer skills and MS Office proficiency are required.
