Location: Kroměříž
- Job Responsibilities: Leading a team of employees at facilities in Kroměříž, Holešov, and Bystřice pod Hostýnem, responsible for organizing bus driver work schedules, overseeing processing of travel documentation, handling standard and emergency situations related to bus transport operations, and monitoring the technical condition of the vehicle fleet.
- Requirements: Secondary education with focus on transportation, economics, or technical fields. Knowledge of public passenger transport, bus operation organization, and bus service technical expertise. Organizational skills, experience managing larger teams, reliability, independence, flexibility and teamwork. High stress tolerance, driver's license minimum category B as active driver, optionally category D, clean criminal record. Excellent computer skills (MS Excel – advanced level, MS Word, Windows OS), ability to quickly learn new software. Active approach to work tasks, responsibility.
- Previous management experience is advantageous. Start date available immediately. Fixed-term contract with possibility of extension.
