Sales Director for Tender/Institutional Sales

We require a bachelor's degree or higher professional qualification in a relevant field, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in tender and institutional sales. Experience with preparing complex proposals and conducting business negotiations with large organizations in the B2G/B2B segment. Knowledge of tender documentation, legal regulations and administrative processes of procurement procedures is essential, along with strategic thinking, independence and excellent communication and negotiation skills. We require proficiency in Czech, English, Ukrainian, and Russian languages; German language proficiency is an advantage. Employer consent to employee card is required.
