Lead Worker in Social Services – Lead Care Provider

This is a position based on a work activity agreement. Requirements for the performance of work in social services include full legal capacity, clean criminal record, health fitness, and professional qualifications for social services work (obligation to complete required training at own expense). Main Job Duties: coordinating operational matters related to the provision of social services in relation to other social services employees and direct supervisor administrative activities related to service provision, PC work (Word, Excel, internet) participating in the compilation of monthly shift schedules for social services staff with the head of social affairs department monitoring Individual Care Plans (IPP), overseeing regular IPP documentation by key workers compiling weekly care plans (updates) managing monthly cash collection from service users for provided services entering into the social services system records for laundry and ironing services, rental of assistive devices, etc. at month's end, reviewing and controlling service billing summaries for all users cooperation with the housekeeper at DS Centrin regarding inspection of meals provided to users if the head of social affairs is absent, covering duties concerning the operation of care services that cannot be delayed direct work with target groups – seniors, families with children, persons with chronic conditions and disabilities, providing assistance with personal hygiene, personal care, household care, helping ensure safety and enabling people to remain in their natural social environment, etc. Employee Benefits: meal allowance 5 weeks vacation interesting and diverse work regular supervision opportunities for further professional training possibility to develop services and implement your own ideas social benefits salary and bonuses corresponding to the position support for personal and professional development If interested, write to the email address below, call during municipality office hours, or visit in person.
