- Qualifications as required by the Act on Pedagogical Workers - Full-time position (1.00 FTE). Start date: September 1, 2026 or by agreement. 12th salary grade (depending on education). - Starting salary approximately CZK 40,000, depending on education and experience (placement in salary grades and steps). Fixed-term contract with possibility of extension. Minimum 3 years of pedagogical experience. Experience in team leadership welcome. Personal Requirements: - Respect for children in our care, genuine interest in children, respect for their individuality. - Expert knowledge of adolescent development stages and issues of personal development in institutional settings. - Ability to manage and lead a team, knowledge of Act 109/2002. - Knowledge of education laws and regulations. Responsibility and independence. - Ability to make independent judgments and decisions in crisis situations. - Effort to prevent child failures. Activity and creativity, flexibility. - Interest in further education and self-development, following developments in the field of education. Additional requirements: ability to drive a company vehicle.
