Receiving and resolving equipment malfunctions according to established procedures, coordinating the maintenance department, ensuring procurement of necessary equipment and parts, occasional transport of materials/goods to/from assigned facilities, ensuring maintenance work on exteriors and interiors of assigned buildings and spaces, installation of newly delivered equipment, routine maintenance of mechanical equipment, responsibility for handling damage claims and all communications with insurance companies, fuel management, operating the fuel station, preferably technical education background, 2 years of experience in a supervisory position, PC knowledge (MS Office), Driver's License "B", clean criminal record, attention to detail, opportunity for professional development and qualification enhancement, pension insurance contribution, meal allowance and contributions toward cultural or sports events and additional benefits (scope and provision of benefits governed by internal regulations), please send CV and copy of highest education credentials to e-mail
