Job Position Description:
Comprehensive and independent management of tasks within the scope of the child social legal protection department,
Oversight, methodological guidance and coordination of child social legal protection activities,
Collaboration in creating and maintaining a functional local network of services across specialties for child social legal protection needs,
Providing assistance in community planning of social services and family-oriented activities for the City of Žatec.
Required Qualifications for the Position:
Higher education in a master's or bachelor's degree program according to § 110 of Act No. 108/2006 Coll., on Social Services, as amended
Essential knowledge of Act No. 359/1999 Coll., on Social Legal Protection of Children, as amended, Act No. 218/2003 Coll., on Youth Justice, and Act No. 108/2006 Coll., on Social Services, as amended
Good practical knowledge of PC operations (Microsoft 365, email client)
Required prior experience in child social legal protection for a minimum of 2 years,
Team leadership experience
Managerial and communication skills, leadership and organizational abilities,
High work commitment, stress resilience, time flexibility,
Proactive approach to work duties and willingness to pursue continuous learning,
Group B driver's license, active driver
Additional Requirements for the Position:
Ability to handle stress, empathetic approach and social sensitivity, independence, communication skills
Knowledge and application of key theoretical approaches and methods of social work
Understanding of the state and local government systems and the public services network
