- Job Responsibilities: leading a team in the purchasing department, motivating and evaluating the performance of subordinate employees, responsibility for purchasing strategies and processes in the department, conducting selection procedures including supplier evaluations, identifying savings and optimizing purchasing processes, coordinating the process of finding new suppliers, negotiating prices with suppliers, maintaining and strengthening supplier relationships, identifying suitable suppliers, organizing request for quotation processes, analyzing offers, selecting suppliers and executing purchases, after training independently conducting business negotiations, selection procedures and requests
- Requirements: secondary/higher education, analytical thinking, good organizational and communication skills, good command of English language - other languages an advantage, communicativeness, responsibility, independence, knowledge of PC work (MS Office), interest in personal development and motivation to work, driver's license category B
- Advantage: experience working in the automotive industry
