What awaits you as an Operations Manager in this role? Leading your entire branch team and being part of it, being the manager's right hand, overseeing operations that must run smoothly, responsibility for the quality of our products and services, controlling and ordering raw materials, planning employee schedules, collaborating with branches in other cities, you will be in daily phone and email communication with management, organizing and motivating the team - we want to be the best in the city, training new employees to become professionals, coaching current employees and evaluating their work, responsibility for handling complaints and non-standard situations, controlling and subsequent reporting to management What do we require from you? experience from a pizzeria in any position - a big plus experience in gastronomy - a big plus experience leading a team, or interest in taking on responsibility positive attitude toward manual work being a true team player responsibility for entrusted matters active approach to work time flexibility and positive spirit very good communication and organizational skills driver's license class B - an advantage What is our offer? professional growth and continuous personal development possible career advancement to manager share in branch revenue and profitability team entertainment activities and parties outside of work building a foundation for your future and plenty of pizza along the way
