The growing TURBO PIZZA chain is looking for an operations manager for one of its locations What will you do as an Operations Manager? Lead the entire branch team and be part of it Be the manager's right hand Oversee operations that must run smoothly Take responsibility for the quality of our products and services Control and order supplies Schedule employee attendance Coordinate with branches in other cities Communicate daily by phone and email with management Organize and motivate the team - we want to be the best in the city Train new employees to become professionals Train existing employees and evaluate their work Handle complaints and non-standard situations responsibly Monitor and report results to management What do we require from you? Experience from a pizzeria in any position is a major advantage Experience in gastronomy is a major advantage Experience leading a team, or willingness to take on responsibility A positive attitude toward hands-on work Be a true team player Take responsibility for your assigned tasks Active approach to work Time flexibility and a positive attitude Very good communication and organizational skills Category B driver's license is an advantage What is our offer?
