The growing TURBO PIZZA franchise network is looking for a facility manager for its location What will await you as an Operations Manager in your role? Leading the entire team at the location and being part of it Being the manager's right hand Oversighting operations that must run smoothly Responsibility for the quality of our products and services Monitoring and ordering raw materials Planning staff schedules Cooperation with locations in other cities You will be in daily phone and email communication with management Team organization and motivation - we want to be the best in the city Training new employees to become professionals Training existing employees and evaluating their performance Responsibility for handling complaints and non-standard situations Controling and subsequent reporting to management What do we require from you? Experience from a pizzeria in any position is a great advantage Experience in gastronomy is a great advantage Experience in team leadership, or willingness to take on responsibility A positive attitude toward manual work Being a true team player Responsibility for entrusted matters An active approach to work Time flexibility and a positive attitude Very good communication and organizational skills Driver's license category B is an advantage What is our offer?
