The growing TURBO PIZZA chain is looking for an operations manager for its branch. What will you do as an Operations Manager? - Lead the entire branch team and be part of it - Be the manager's right hand - Oversee operations to ensure everything runs smoothly - Take responsibility for the quality of our products and services - Control and order raw materials - Plan employee scheduling - Collaborate with branches in other cities - Communicate daily with leadership via phone and email - Organize and motivate the team - we want to be the best in the city - Train new employees to become professionals - Coach existing employees and evaluate their performance - Handle complaints and non-standard situations - Manage controlling and report to leadership What do we require from you? - Experience from a pizzeria in any position is a big plus - Experience in gastronomy is a big plus - Experience leading a team or willingness to take on responsibility - Positive attitude toward manual work - Be a true team player - Accountability for delegated tasks - Active approach to work - Time flexibility and positive mindset - Excellent communication and organizational skills - Class B driver's license is a plus What is our offer? - Professional growth and continuous personal development - Possible career progression to manager - Share in branch sales and profitability - Team activities and parties outside of work - Building dough for your future - And plenty of pizza along the way If interested, please contact us at: [email protected]
