What will you do as Operations Manager? Lead the entire branch team and be part of it Be the manager's right hand Oversee operations to ensure everything runs smoothly Take responsibility for the quality of our products and services Control and order supplies Schedule employee attendance Collaborate with branches in other cities Maintain daily phone and email communication with management Organize and motivate the team - we want to be the best in the city Train new employees to become professionals Train existing staff and evaluate their performance Handle complaints and non-standard situations responsibly Monitor performance and report to management What we require from you? Experience from a pizzeria in any position is a great advantage Gastronomy experience is a great advantage Experience leading a team, or willingness to take on responsibility Positive attitude toward manual work Be a true team player Responsibility for entrusted tasks Active approach to work Schedule flexibility and positive attitude Excellent communication and organizational skills Driver's license category B is an advantage What is our offer?
