Expanding TURBO PIZZA network is looking for a facility manager for its branch. What awaits you as an Operations Manager in this role? - Lead the entire branch team and be part of it - Be the manager's right hand - Oversee operations that must run smoothly - Take responsibility for the quality of our products and services - Control and order raw materials - Plan employee attendance schedules - Collaborate with branches in other cities - Maintain daily phone and email communication with organization leadership - Motivate the team - we want to be the best in the city - Train new employees to become professionals - Train existing employees and evaluate their work - Handle complaints and standard incidents responsibly - Manage controlling and reporting to leadership What do we require from you? - Experience from a pizzeria in any position is a great advantage - Experience in gastronomy is a great advantage - Experience leading a team or willingness to take on responsibility - Positive attitude toward manual work - Be a true team player - Responsibility for entrusted tasks - Active approach to work, time flexibility, and positive spirit - Very good communication and organizational skills - Class B driver's license is an advantage What is our offer? - Professional growth and continuous personal development - Possible career advancement to manager position - Share in branch revenue and profitability - After-work team entertainment activities and parties, plus plenty of pizza
