Management of e-shop order fulfillment from order receipt through handoff to carriers. Inventory control and replenishment, carrier communication, and shipment claim resolution. Organization of temporary staff and shift planning. Operations support for retail location and coffee roastery. Independent position with decision-making authority. We require organizational skills and accountability for results. Experience with warehouse or order management systems is a plus. We welcome willingness to learn new tools for automating repetitive tasks.
