Job Responsibilities
- comprehensive coordination of operational, organizational, personnel, and technical management
- responsibility for the quality of provided social and health services and achievement of service goals
- leadership, support, and motivation of the work team
- management of work performance of social services employees (training, motivational interviews, evaluations, compensation, professional development and training, supervision)
- close collaboration with social worker and head nurse
- personnel capacity planning and work organization
- cooperation with client families, physicians, healthcare facilities, and other institutions
- monitoring budget management of the assigned facility and efficient use of financial resources
- service provision and documentation maintenance in accordance with applicable legislation
- collaboration with organization leadership on service development
- participation in development and promotion of corporate culture - respecting the spiritual dimension of Charity activities, conducting business according to ethical code
- participation in creating a pleasant and safe environment for both clients and employees
What We Expect from You:
- secondary education with diploma, advanced vocational, or university degree (preferably in social or healthcare field)
- experience leading a work team
- knowledge of Act No. 108/2006 Coll., on Social Services, and related legislation
- managerial, organizational, and decision-making skills
- excellent communication and planning abilities
- ability to motivate employees and create a positive work environment
- independence, responsibility, and reliability
- empathy, human approach, and respect for seniors as well as colleagues
- user-level PC skills (MS Office)
- Group B driver's license (active driver)
- criminal record clearance
