We require: Professional qualification to practice as a social worker (university or higher vocational education degree in social work, social pedagogy, special pedagogy, etc.), knowledge of Social Services Quality Standards, experience leading a team, excellent knowledge of legislation, ability to create internal rules, directives and methodological guidelines, knowledge of individual planning processes, IT skills, excellent communication and management skills, analytical thinking, stress resilience, high level of empathy and loyalty, ethical conduct, willingness to pursue further education, criminal record clearance and health fitness, experience in social services field is an advantage.
