No. 40900041735) announces a competition for the position of Chief Specialist Officer for Confidentiality Regime Assurance at the Tax and Customs Police (1 vacancy for an indefinite period) The Tax and Customs Police is a direct administration institution under the supervision of the Minister of the Interior, whose objective is to implement legal, fair and efficient state administration functions in the detection, prevention and investigation of criminal offenses and other violations of law in the field of state revenues and customs. If you have: - academic or second level professional higher education, preferably in one of the following fields: social sciences, business, law; - preferably at least one year of experience in ensuring confidentiality regime; - knowledge of regulatory acts governing confidentiality regime assurance; - ability to work under high-intensity conditions; - compliance with the requirements of Article 7 of the Law "On Tax and Customs Police" and Article 7 of the Civil Service Law; - compliance with the criteria specified in Article 9, paragraph 2 of the Law "On State Secrets" and no restriction of access to state secret objects as provided in Article 9, paragraph 3 of the Law "On State Secrets"; - an impeccable reputation. If you wish to invest your knowledge and skills in interesting and dynamic work and: - perform special records management of state secret objects (hereinafter – SSO): registration of received, internally circulated and outgoing SSO according to the respective classification level, organize and maintain the Administration's special records archive; - provide support for investigation and operational activities to ensure the detection and prevention of criminal offenses: entering information into classified information systems, registering it in the appropriate electronic records register, as well as transferring information between different classification systems in accordance with the Law on Operational Activities and the Administration's internal regulatory acts, ensuring the circulation of information obtained as a result of special investigative activities, performing information transfer between information systems; - create and ensure the accumulation of operationally obtained information in a classified information system, perform analysis and structuring of accumulated data.
