Nature Conservation Agency announces a competition for a Senior Records Officer position in the Human Resources and Records Management Department (1 position for an indefinite period, full-time) WE EXPECT THAT YOU HAVE: higher education; at least 1 year of work experience in a similar position; knowledge and understanding of the regulatory acts governing records management, document management and archiving; excellent knowledge of the state language in speaking and writing, English language skills at conversational level for communication with agency visitors and cooperation partners are desirable; very good communication and cooperation skills; accuracy in completing work tasks, initiative, high sense of responsibility, ability to think analytically; excellent skills in working with MS Office standard software and office equipment desirable experience working with the Namejs document management system; Category B driver's license. MAIN DUTIES OF THE POSITION: register documents and monitor their execution deadlines; receive visitors and answer phone calls; prepare orders, certificates and correspondence documents within the scope of competence; ensure the development, updating and maintenance of the file nomenclature in accordance with the agency's functions and regulatory requirements; collect archived documents, ensure their registration and preservation, cooperate with external service providers to ensure document archiving; create and supplement the archive reference system (fund archival description, inventory lists, acts on transfer of documents to state custody, acts on document selection for destruction, etc.); consult colleagues on document formatting, execution issues and document arrangement in accordance with file nomenclatures.
