In this position you will be entrusted with: - administering natural resource tax exemptions; - evaluating producers' extended responsibility system management plans and preparing decisions, as well as contracts for the creation and implementation of management systems; - reviewing submissions, complaints, and information requests from private individuals, state and municipal institutions regarding natural resource tax exemptions; - conducting inspections with natural resource tax payers; - participating in the development and improvement of regulatory acts. We expect you to have: - compliance with the requirements of Article 7 of the Civil Service Law; - higher education (at least a bachelor's degree) in economics, management science, law, or environmental science; - ability to work with standard office software and databases; - English language knowledge — an advantage that will allow you to freely use waste management industry documents and literature, and will be important for work with European Union level regulatory acts; - professional experience in the field of waste management or in-depth understanding of it — an advantage. Equally important are the ability to analyze information and make decisions, accuracy and sharp analytical thinking. You should be results-oriented, with good cooperation and communication skills, as well as the ability to independently plan the execution of your work.
