We expect:
Compliance with the requirements of Article 9 of the Law "On State Secrets";
preferably higher or at least professional education in construction or engineering sciences;
professional experience in a field corresponding to the sector for more than three years;
excellent knowledge of construction processes, materials, and work volumes;
the ability to apply professional knowledge in written work;
knowledge of the state language (at least level A, stage 2);
accuracy, analytical thinking, and a responsible attitude toward work;
the ability to work with MS Office applications and web browsers at user level;
Category B driver's license;
eID card for performing job duties.
Main job responsibilities:
development of construction work estimates;
verification of submitted construction work estimates;
solving specific, non-standard engineering technical problems within competence;
evaluating data on problem situations in technical operation systems of Center-managed real estate structures, selecting appropriate engineering technical methods for problem-solving;
providing support to regional administrations on technical operation system issues for structures;
evaluating real estate users' requests for repair work;
preparing and submitting proposals for improving technical support for structure operation.
