You will play a key role in driving the business forward, developing customer relationships, and ensuring profitable projects and service commitments within industry and construction. Responsibilities and Tasks Drive and develop sales of electrical installation projects, primarily to industrial customers, with a focus on service commitments and fixed-price projects. Identify new business opportunities, manage customer relationships, and develop technical solutions in collaboration with customers. Responsible for estimation and quotation management, with a focus on risk assessment and profitability. Lead and coach a team of project managers and technicians, and ensure efficient project follow-up. Responsible for the company's results, budget, and strategic development. Build and maintain strong customer relationships, both with existing and new customers. Ensure that the business complies with applicable laws and regulations, such as electrical safety laws and self-inspection programs. Actively contribute to creating a positive and business-driven culture within the team. Who Are You? Business-driven and sales-oriented: You have a proven ability to drive sales, identify business opportunities, and close deals. You are passionate about building customer relationships and generating results. Project and Risk Management Experience: You have previous experience working with projects in electrical installation or similar technical fields, with good understanding of risk assessment and contract management. Technical Understanding: You have a good technical understanding of electrical installation, which allows you to build trust with technically knowledgeable customers and project managers. You don't need to be an expert in everything, but able to distill complex issues to their essence. Leadership Experience: You have experience leading and motivating teams, and the ability to delegate and coach employees in an unpretentious manner. Structured and Systematic: You have the ability to simplify, systematize, and structure work to be efficient and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Results Focus: You are accustomed to working toward clear goals and have a strong drive to deliver. Fluent in Swedish and English: Both spoken and written. Meritorious Qualifications (Nice-to-have) Have worked closely with major industrial customers, such as Scania, ABB, and Outokumpu. Are comfortable with fixed-price projects, service commitments, and commercial risk assessments. Have electrical certification or good understanding of electrical safety laws and self-inspection programs. Have a strong network within the electrical and installation industry in Mälardalen.
