Job Duties As a switchboard operator/agent, you will: Receive and handle incoming phone calls Transfer calls to the right person or department Receive and forward messages Handle customer matters via phone, email, and chat Register and manage error reports Provide service and support to customers and business partners We Are Looking for Someone Who Is service-oriented and has a professional manner Is stress-resistant and comfortable handling multiple matters at the same time Has good communication skills in speaking and writing Is thorough, responsible, and solution-oriented Has good computer skills Speaks Swedish and English fluently in speech and writing.
