About the Role
We are now looking for an engaged leader to join our wonderful team to continue working to deliver world-class customer service.
As the team leader, you actively participate in daily operations and are responsible for ensuring that all NetOnNet visitors meet knowledgeable, well-motivated, and available Lagershop employees. Our Lagershop concept is built on quickly, easily, and at warehouse prices providing customers with home electronics. The store manager is called Lagershop Manager at our company, and your role is to drive the work in the Lagershop together with the team. This includes, among other things, helping customers at checkout, restocking merchandise and ensuring it is displayed according to our concept, actively working on sales according to set and agreed sales targets. During customer contact, we also work with products from our service portfolio, such as protection insurance, subscriptions and financing solutions, we help customers at our information desk or in our technical service.
Beyond being part of daily operations, you also have responsibility for budget, results tracking/reporting, and scheduling. Of course, you also have personnel responsibility for all Lagershop employees. At NetOnNet, our employees are our most important resource and we are convinced that you think the same way. Who Are You?
To take on the role of Lagershop Manager with us, you need to have a pronounced business sense where you actively drive profitable sales by coaching and following up. Finding synergies where both sales results and team spirit in the group are at their peak is your drive in the work. You are a star at involving and making employees participate in the work of continuing to develop our Lagershop.
You have the ability to work strategically to develop, streamline, and improve both the business and your employees. Your communication skills make it easy for you to build relationships and collaborations, and of course you are passionate about customer interaction.
We also see that you have:
Several years of experience in a leadership position in retail
Experience in leadership with personnel responsibility
Experience working with results tracking and budget responsibility
