JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Care Instructor, you will teach adult students in the Care and Support Program's vocational courses. The instruction covers several different care courses within the Care and Support Program. You will teach in a flexible format with on-site instruction, distance learning, and individual tutoring with students. As needed, your work also includes professional development for Ockelbo Municipality's existing care and support personnel.
As a teacher, your role includes course planning and grading at course completion. You will work in a subject area characterized by flexibility, collaboration, and pedagogical discussions with several other teachers. You will also participate in various conferences and development projects at the school. In addition to teaching, your responsibilities include mentoring students in their studies and conducting practice placement visits.
IT is a natural tool in both instruction and your other work. The simulator Nursing Anne Geriatric is used as part of the instruction.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for you who have a vocational teaching degree in care and support or equivalent competence that the employer deems equivalent. Experience in teaching care and support education. We see that you as an applicant have good communication skills, both analog and digital.
