We are looking for you We are looking for you to become a Primary Care Center Manager at Närhälsan Vårgårda primary care center with the ambition to develop the operations together with all employees. As a Primary Care Center Manager with us, you will have the opportunity to develop your leadership skills together with colleagues in the area's management group and your employees at the primary care center. About us Närhälsan Vårgårda primary care center is centrally located at the bus and railway station in Vårgårda municipality. The municipality has approximately 11,000 residents and is an expanding community with good connections by train and bus to Gothenburg and other larger towns in the nearby area. The town is located in an old cultural landscape with fine recreational areas and there is a rich community life in the town. At Närhälsan Vårgårda primary care center, we are 40 employees in different professions and we are a team of general practitioners. We work in teams with continuous improvement work. You are the face of the operations externally and work actively with marketing. One of your most important tasks is to stimulate continuous improvement and development work so that operations remain attractive and competitive for both employees and residents. As a manager, you have an important role in inspiring new ways of working where future digitalization is high on the agenda. You are part of the primary care area's management group and together we drive the entire area's development. Close cooperation is maintained with other primary care center managers as well as with support functions such as HR, finance, and operations development. Collaboration also takes place with hospitals and municipalities, as well as with local patient organizations and interest groups. About you You have relevant higher education for the role and have experience working as a manager and/or leader, preferably within health and medical care operations. You also have management and/or leadership training and previous experience working with personnel and results responsibility. Experience working within regional primary care is a merit. We are looking for someone who is clear and responsive in your leadership. Furthermore, you are goal- and results-oriented, and have a strong interest and desire to drive development. You have good analytical skills and a strategic approach to support operations. In your leadership, you are someone who is responsive and engages, motivates, and involves your staff to drive operations forward. You are a role model and norm-setter who is loyal to the organization and the decisions that have been made. Through involvement, you create conditions for good collaboration in the workplace.
