K2 Comfort AB is a home care service company operating primarily in Jönköping with its head office in Habo. We provide home care services, home cleaning, and other household-related services. We deliver both service assignments and care services. We are looking for personnel for our home care services in Jönköping. We are looking for someone who is attentive, positive, and solution-focused. The work requires you to independently take responsibility for always delivering home care services of high quality and to be professional in your role. You work in a team and we expect you to contribute to creating good relationships with customers, family members, colleagues, and other stakeholders around the customer. Of course, we expect you to work according to and share K2comfort's core values. We are looking for someone with experience in similar work tasks. It is meritorious if you have previous experience in delegating health and medical care tasks. A B-class driver's license is an absolute requirement. Since the work requires documentation and communication, you need to master the Swedish language and have good ability to express yourself in speech and writing. We would like to see that you have training as a nursing assistant or other relevant education/experience, but great weight is placed on personal suitability. Your workday: As a care assistant in home care at K2comfort, you perform care and social support as well as service assignments based on the customer's individual needs and wishes in accordance with care decisions. The position may involve receiving certain delegation of health and medical care tasks after you have met the requirements.
