Our Offer
The X-ray Clinic in Norrköping performs approximately 90,000 patient examinations each year, primarily from the eastern part of Östergötland. The clinic uses both traditional radiography as well as ultrasound (USG), computed tomography (CT), magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), and fluoroscopy. A large portion of the operations is urgent care and is located directly adjacent to the hospital's emergency department.
We are a team of just over 100 employees including physicians, radiologic technologists, nursing assistants, healthcare administrators, and managers. The clinic is in constant development and also conducts teaching and research.

Job Description
We offer an exciting role as a healthcare administrator with the opportunity to develop both yourself and your work role. You will have considerable room for independent work while also being part of the team. As a healthcare administrator, you will collaborate with all professional categories at the clinic.
Your responsibilities include administrative tasks, including work in Ris&Pacs, Tele-Q, referral handling, reception work, ITR, telephone duties, digitalization, and administrative support to clinic management. Work tasks may change over time based on operational needs. You will have stimulating and varied work. Depending on your experience and interests, there are also opportunities for additional areas of responsibility that we will develop over time.

About You
A requirement for this position is that you are trained as a healthcare administrator. You should have good knowledge of the Swedish language as well as medical terminology.
Meritorious qualifications include previous experience working with Ris&Pacs (booking and image management system), experience as an ITR (IT resource) and telephone coordinator, as well as experience with Office applications.
