The Healthcare Administrator Role
As a healthcare administrator with us, you will work with healthcare information management, diagnosis and intervention classification, medical documentation, and other healthcare administrative tasks. Several development projects are underway in the operations where you, together with other healthcare professionals, are an important part.
We are seeking a healthcare administrator with a base placement in Vetlanda.
Your Future Workplace
As a healthcare administrator at the psychiatric clinic, you will have the opportunity to work in both outpatient care and inpatient care. Our outpatient operations include psychiatric clinics in Eksjö, Nässjö, Tranås, and Vetlanda.
The clinic's other operations are located at Höglandssjukhuset in Eksjö and include inpatient care, emergency department, care duty, and referral and assessment unit. In the healthcare administrative unit, we are 21 healthcare administrators with base placements at various clinic units.

Your Profile
We are seeking you as a healthcare administrator with coding training; we would prefer if you have experience with the medical record system Cosmic.
You are a good communicator in both speech and writing and have a genuine interest in healthcare and operations administration. Furthermore, you are also skilled in medical documentation, digital systems, and general IT usage.
To thrive in the healthcare administrator role with us, you have a high sense of quality, conduct, and flexibility. You have good teamwork skills and can plan and structure your work in an efficient manner. You enjoy working both independently and in a team, are interested in new challenges, improvement work, and developing your professional role.
