Job Description
As a facility manager, you will provide excellent service to our facilities and organizations. In this role, you provide facility services to the municipality's various departments.
You will be part of the property and transport services department with over twenty employees.
The property portfolio consists largely of schools and preschools, as well as cultural and recreational facilities.
You will work in a team of experienced and skilled facility managers. The position is varied and includes troubleshooting of various types, internal building maintenance, and routine tasks for operations such as installing shelves and moving furniture. You may also work in the transport department, which delivers meals to schools and nursing homes, mail, and refrigerated food.
Qualifications
You should have upper secondary education and experience with similar work.
You must have a driver's license (Class B) and be fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written.
The work involves customer contact, and we place great emphasis on your social skills, which should be service-oriented, solution-focused, and accommodating. Feedback to colleagues, contractors, and tenants is important.
Since we work within the school sector, we will require a criminal record check for work in schools or preschools.

You are responsible, reliable, and experienced in working both independently and in a team. You are a positive and solution-focused person. You see solutions rather than problems and can also come up with new ideas and suggestions. You are organized and plan your day according to the tasks you have. You have good collaboration skills and are excellent at building strong relationships.
