Our assignment at one of our clients in central Gothenburg involves you working at a larger workplace together with our great team of cleaning staff. For this position, we are now seeking a facilities manager at 50% who is ready for a varied and enjoyable workday. This role is perfect for you if you enjoy independent work, take great personal responsibility, and are passionate about maintaining a high level of service in a clean environment. What you will work with, among other things: Moves, rearrangements, and assembly of furniture/shelves/TV screens, etc. Minor repairs and ongoing maintenance indoors Ongoing troubleshooting based on the facility's daily needs Waste and recycled paper handling Inspection rounds including light bulb replacement in the building Support for multifunction copiers What you bring: Previous experience from similar tasks Very good service mindset and ability to interact with different people Sense of order and high quality standards Good physical condition as the work sometimes involves heavy lifting You have a sharp eye for details and see for yourself what needs to be done without waiting for instructions You are practical and solution-oriented Communication skills Some technical competence What we offer: Flexible and dynamic work environment Access to ongoing training and development programs Opportunities to grow within the company Strong focus on health and safety Volunteer work on paid time About the position Trial employment, 20 hours per week (weekdays/daytime) which could become more over time.
