Security Guard Training in Luleå & Boden For those who want to work in safety and security Do you want to contribute to a safer society while building a long-term career in the security industry? We are now seeking future security guards from Luleå and Boden for our upcoming security guard training program. This is an opportunity for you to develop in an important and socially vital role where responsibility, service, and collaboration are central. About the Training We offer a complete security guard training program conducted in three stages. The training starts November 2026 in Luleå. Stage 1 – VU1 2 weeks of training The first part consists of VU1, where you will gain basic knowledge and skills to work in the security industry. Stage 2 – Paid Internship 160 hours of paid internship Following VU1, you will complete 160 hours of paid internship where you can apply your knowledge in practice, gain valuable experience, and learn the daily work of a security guard. The internship is paid for those who have completed and passed VU1 with satisfactory results. Stage 3 – VU2 1 week of training The training concludes with VU2, which builds on your knowledge and experience from VU1 and the internship. Important – you must be able to take time off during the entire period The training and internship are conducted during a continuous period. It is therefore very important that you have the ability to take leave from your current job or other commitments during the entire training and internship period. Training start: November 2026 in Luleå. (exact date coming shortly) After successful completion of the training, there are opportunities for full-time, part-time, or as-needed employment. Location: Luleå Training start: Tentatively within the first 2 weeks of November Training: VU1 (2 weeks) → Paid internship (160 hours) → VU2 (1 week) Important Information We welcome expressions of interest already now.
