Job Description Do you want varied work where you really make a difference? As a security guard, you help create safety in Borlänge by working preventatively, being visible, and providing professional service. You become part of an engaged team where cooperation, responsibility, and safety are in focus. The position involves work as both a mobile and stationary security guard as described below. As a mobile security guard, your main task is to deliver safety to our customers - primarily at industries, offices, and workshops - by protecting property and buildings against fire, theft, and damage. Usually you handle alarm systems and report using a computerized patrol information system. The work is independent and often feels free, but with great responsibility. As a stationary security guard, your main task is to deliver safety to one of our customers by being attentive and ensuring everything is in order. Often you work at the entrance to a larger company, controlling those who pass in and out, but you can also conduct patrols and camera surveillance. Work tasks vary from customer to customer. You don't need to be a trained security guard beforehand. The basic training covers 9 working days and is conducted at various locations in Sweden before employment begins. As a new employee, you also receive an introductory period where you learn the work, our systems, and your colleagues. These positions suit you if you enjoy working with people and helping them in their daily lives. As a security guard at our Borlänge office, you become part of a close-knit team. Work tasks are highly varied, and as a security guard you can work both indoors and outdoors, nights or days. Shift lengths vary, but are often 12-hour shifts either day or night. Requirements To be considered for the position, we see that you meet the following requirements: Approved grades in Swedish from the first year of upper secondary school Category B driver's license Meritorious if you have worked with similar tasks previously have civil or military security guard training have complete security guard training As a person, we believe you are service-oriented, calm, and organized and can handle periodically high work tempo.
