DenBro Omsorg is seeking night staff for our youth residential facility in Värends Nöbbele Please note! Relevant education and experience with similar work is a requirement A driver's license and access to your own car are required to get to the workplace! We are therefore looking for additional staff members for the night shift! To be a good fit for us, you should have a big heart, strong competence, and experience working with children and young people with disabilities! You will work at our residential facility in Värends Nöbbele. At night, three staff members work together to provide support to five children/young adults. You will never work alone. The positions are 80-85% but we can be flexible according to your wishes. The position starts in January or by agreement. Five young adults live at our facility. The young people who come to us need a lot of support, care, and attention. They need kind adults who can meet them with compassion, competence, playfulness, and warmth. You should have some form of pedagogical or behavioral science education or care and social work education. We want you to have experience working with children and young people who are physically ill and have physical and intellectual disabilities. We also want you to have good knowledge of LAB, TAKK, and AKK. You should be well familiar with various pedagogical support and assistive devices that can make daily life easier for our young people. You should be experienced in documenting in social records and working with implementation plans. Work hours are scheduled for nights. The facility is located at Almqvists Väg 15A in Värends Nöbbele, approximately 20 minutes outside Växjö. A driver's license is required to get to the workplace.
