Awake Night and Evening Care Assistant Needed for Man - Driver's License and Vehicle Access Required

We work closely with our clients and know that good relationships are key to well-functioning care. We operate throughout Sweden with offices in Uppsala, Jönköping, Ulricehamn, Malmö, Helsingborg, and Växjö. Are you an engaged person who is not afraid of new challenges? If so, we might be looking for you! We are seeking personal care assistants for a man with ALS. He has extensive care needs and always works with at least two people together who help with all aspects of his care. He has a tracheostomy and uses a ventilator 24/7. Cough assist machine and tube feeding are included in the job duties. The man lives in the countryside a few minutes by car from central Jönköping, so a driver's license and vehicle are required to get there. The household has both a dog and a cat, so you cannot be allergic to pets. Our client needs help with everything, such as hygiene, exercise, cleaning, etc. It is an advantage if you have healthcare experience, but it is not required. Personal chemistry between you and our client is the most important factor. To work for the client, you must be fluent in and understand Swedish both spoken and written. The client has no spoken language, so it is important that you are attentive to his needs. Work Schedule: Monday-Sunday awake night and evening shifts Evening shift: 14:30-20:00 Night shifts: 20:00-07:00 20:30-07:30 Initially, employment will be on an hourly basis, but for the right person there is a possibility of fixed shifts in the schedule You will work alongside an experienced assistant until you feel confident in your duties.
