About the Role
As a UX/UI Designer, you'll become part of Husqvarna's global design organization and work closely with an engaged team of UX, UI, and HMI designers. You'll be a vital part of agile development teams where you collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and other stakeholders to ensure that user needs are transformed into value-creating solutions. You'll report to the responsible manager within the design organization, who is distributed across different locations in the country.
Your Profile
We're looking for someone who is curious, self-driven, and has a genuine interest in understanding user needs. You enjoy collaborating with different competencies and have the ability to build trusting relationships with both technical and business-oriented stakeholders. To succeed in this role, we believe you are structured and analytical. You have strong self-motivation, take responsibility for your deliverables, and dare to ask questions to find the best solutions. We also see that you are communicative and enjoy presenting ideas, anchoring design decisions, and working user-centered throughout the entire development process.
Requirements for the Position:
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in UX/UI design for digital products.
Post-secondary education in UX, interaction design, industrial design, or similar field.
Very good English skills, both spoken and written.
Desirable Qualifications:
Experience in UX/UI design throughout the entire development process, from user insights and research to prototypes, user testing, and finished product.
Experience working user-centered with wireframes, prototypes, and MVP development.
Experience driving design work in cross-functional teams and agile development environments.
Experience with consumer-facing products, digital services, or solutions that combine hardware, software, and services.
Experience facilitating workshops, leading design processes, and creating engagement and collaboration among different stakeholders.
