Lead UX work for complex and mission-critical digital services where accessibility, security, and usability are paramount. We are seeking an experienced UX Lead for an assignment within digital services with high demands on security, accessibility, and usability. You will take on a central role in leading design work for complex, mission-critical systems. The role suits someone who combines strategic UX leadership with hands-on work in the design process. About the Role Drive and coordinate UX work in major development initiatives. Create user-centered solutions for complex digital services. Ensure that design functions in environments with high security and quality requirements. What You Will Do Lead the design process from needs analysis to final solution. Develop and refine user interfaces in close collaboration with business and development teams. Ensure accessibility and inclusive design in accordance with WCAG. Design solutions taking into account security and permissions management. Develop user support and guidance materials, such as instructional videos. We Are Looking for Someone With Several years of experience working through the entire design process in a combined UI/UX role. Experience leading UX work in larger projects or cross-functional teams. Solid experience with accessibility, inclusive design, and WCAG. Experience designing interfaces for technically complex and mission-critical systems. Very strong ability to communicate in Swedish, both verbally and in writing.
