We are seeking a development leader for the New Perspectives unit. We offer stimulating and developmental work. Our work group is small and consists of several competencies with great interest in collaboration issues. You will have the opportunity to work for the entire region with a focus on the residents' best interests. You will promote collaboration between different authorities, activities and areas/challenges at national, regional and local levels. Does this sound like an exciting assignment? Your Workplace New Perspectives is development, collaboration and coordination at a strategic level between Värmland's 16 municipalities and Region Värmland within the welfare areas of children and education, social services, care and health care including dental care. New Perspectives is also Värmland's regional collaboration and support structure (RSS) that works for good and equitable health throughout the region. We have the residents' best interests as our starting point in our work and as an independent party we coordinate, initiate and support development work and collaboration arenas at a strategic level. We work for the whole, to make the gaps visible and to increase perspective awareness. The foundation of our work is trust and confidence Your Responsibilities Work as a development leader involves, among other things, planning, leading and coordinating various types of coordination and collaboration groups. You will also drive and support processes and be part of the unit's joint activities, and a central part is to collaborate with relevant and current parties both in the municipality and region. Current transformations we are working on right now are the transformation towards good and close care, mental health and transformation to new social services. The work also includes planning conferences and having contact with regional and national actors is also a natural part of the work. The employment is a fixed-term employment until December 31, 2027. Your Knowledge and Competencies We are looking for you with academic education that we consider relevant for the assignment. If you have experience from politically governed organizations, municipalities and/or the region's activities within children and education, social services, care and health care, health and medical care including dental care, this is meritorious. Since travel is included in the position, you need to have a class B driver's license. Our activities are based on trust and confidence, and you therefore need to be a good listener with the ability to create and maintain good relationships, you can see and put parts together into a whole and find synergy effects. You find it easy to collaborate and interact with others, are development-oriented and used to driving your processes independently and strategically. You express yourself well orally and in writing and are comfortable speaking to groups. You are used to managing many different ongoing processes simultaneously and have experience facilitating collaboration between actors with different goals and perspectives. We would like to see that you have experience of collaboration between different authorities and actors in complex issues and you see opportunities in complex circumstances. You should be comfortable working in constant change and independently shaping the assignment based on needs. Great weight is placed on personal suitability.
