We are now looking for a Development Engineer in Strategic Facility Management for the Strategic Facility Management group at Ringhals. About Us The Strategic Facility Management group is responsible for developing and managing long-term strategies that ensure high availability, operational reliability and sustainable development of Ringhals facilities. We work with lifecycle management of critical systems and components, technical prioritization and method development to support both the maintenance and operations organization. About the Job As a Development Engineer you will have a key role in developing and securing the long-term management of Ringhals electrical installations. The role suits you if you have solid expertise in the electricity sector and enjoy combining technical expertise with strategic work. You will work alongside experienced specialists and be an important driving force in the development of strategies, working methods and priorities that ensure that Ringhals 3 and 4 can continue to deliver safe and reliable fossil-free electricity for many decades to come. The work involves developing and further developing lifecycle strategies for electrical installations and critical systems, with the goal of creating conditions for safe and long-term sustainable operations from a 60- to 80-year perspective. Your Responsibilities Develop and implement working methods for lifecycle analyses of critical systems, components and functions. Develop methods for technical prioritization and strategies that ensure long-term operational reliability. Develop tools and methods for trend analysis, monitoring and decision support. Support the operations and maintenance organization with analyses, recommendations and strategic choices. Requirements We are looking for someone with an academic degree in engineering and several years of experience in facility management or equivalent activities. You have a good understanding of complex technical installations and are accustomed to working long-term with analyses, strategies and improvement work. We would like you to have: A Civil Engineering or Master's degree in, for example, electrical engineering or another relevant technical field. Experience in facility management within electricity, backup power or other critical infrastructure. Experience working with technical analyses, lifecycle management and strategic development. Good IT skills and experience with the Office package. Experience with SAP and PLM-related tools is a merit. Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written. As a Person You Are Analytical and strategic, with the ability to process large amounts of information and convert it into well-founded decisions. Action-oriented, with the drive to turn ideas and analyses into concrete results. Collaboration-oriented, and comfortable building relationships and creating consensus between different stakeholders.
