About the Operation The Patient Board's administration works on behalf of the political patient board and has an important role in strengthening patients' position as well as contributing to quality development and patient safety in health and medical care. By receiving, investigating, and analyzing feedback and complaints from patients and their relatives, we provide knowledge that can be used for improvements in care. The administration consists of five employees with different roles and competencies in investigation, case handling, and patient support activities. We are a small, stable work group characterized by close collaboration, high trust, and a shared commitment to our mission. As an investigator, you have an important role in translating patients' and relatives' experiences into knowledge that can contribute to the development and improvement of health and medical care. Through case handling, investigation, and analysis, you contribute to identifying trends, risk areas, and development needs that provide support for both the operation's and the board's work. The role also includes close work with the political board together with the administration manager. You are responsible for preparing service reports, decision-making materials, reports, and compilations for the board's meetings, as well as presenting cases and presenting analyses and results. In this way, you become an important link between patients' experiences, the administration's work, and the board's decision-making. The position offers good opportunities for development within investigation methodology, analysis, quality development, and public administration. You will gain a broad operational perspective and the opportunity to develop your skills in, among other things, board administration, case preparation, statistics, report preparation, patient safety issues, and work in a politically governed organization. We offer an individually adapted introduction where you gradually get to know the operation, the mission, and the work tasks included in the role. We are looking for an investigator to join us. The position is a permanent full-time employment with entry according to agreement.
