About the Position In the role of Rental Support, you'll gain a unique insight into parts of the rental process, with a particularly strong emphasis on areas where your service-oriented approach will truly shine. Your responsibilities are to contact potential tenants about the value of choosing our homes. You will: Actively call new customers who have expressed interest in being contacted with the goal of building trust and encouraging rentals Work with both incoming and outgoing calls to ensure fast and personal contact with potential tenants Be prepared to handle customer service tasks and answer questions from both existing and potential tenants This is a direct recruitment to Victoriahem with immediate start. Working hours are during office hours, but weekend and evening work may occur. About You We're looking for someone who combines a strong sales instinct with a genuine service mindset. You are goal-oriented and service-minded and thrive in a dynamic environment. We would like to see that you have previous experience with customer contact. You have computer skills and can quickly get up to speed with new systems. To succeed in the role, you need good communication skills, be solution-focused, organized, thorough, and have an eye for detail. To thrive in the role, you need to appreciate having many contact points, have a positive attitude, and be able to contribute to a good atmosphere in the workplace. Experience with customer contact and a background in goal-oriented work is a merit You enjoy working with people and have the ability to quickly build strong relationships You are communicative, persuasive, and have a natural ability to sell ideas – both in Swedish and English We will place great emphasis on personal suitability.
