Regardless of your interests or goals, you are always welcome here. We are now hiring a rental agent for the Leasing Group at the Finance & Service Center in Västerås. Make a difference with us As a rental agent in Leasing at Riksbyggen Finance & Service Center, you will work in a service-oriented role with responsibility for customer contacts and execution of our management assignments. You are responsible for delivering within established service levels and keeping our customer promises. You have a strong ability to take personal responsibility and initiative, work proactively, see the bigger picture, and provide good and clear service to customers and colleagues with great commitment. You work efficiently, with high quality and customer focus according to established working methods and contribute to refining and developing our processes and deliverables. Your work tasks include: Leasing of parking spaces, storage units, and residential units. Customer contact. Contract management, such as lease terminations and preparation of rental agreements. Rental administration, such as rent notifications and management of sublet arrangements. You will be part of a team of currently 18 people and are expected to work independently in processes as well as with your own area of responsibility, but also in a group as a team. You are responsible for the leasing of a number of residential properties where you work together with the property manager to achieve the lowest vacancy rate. Experience and qualifications We are looking for someone who has: Education in economics/administration at least at upper secondary level or equivalent work experience. Experience leasing residential units. Good knowledge of rental legislation, rent levels, and models. Good ability to express yourself well in both speech and writing in Swedish. It is an advantage if you are a certified rental agent, have previous experience working in customer service at a customer service center or similar area. You are a confident user of the Office suite and can also communicate in English if needed.
